Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. has a service channel of over 500 chapters in the United States, Bahamas, Bermuda, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Germany and Korea. The Sorority is segmented into five regions - Central, Northeastern, Southeastern, Southwestern, Western.

The Southwestern Region services Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and Belize.
